1. WHO WE ARE

Relief Consulting Services (RCS) is a Kenyan registered consultancy firm comprising of highly experienced humanitarian and development workers in various disciplines.

RCS team has undertaken numerous tasks internationally, hence obtaining a vast experience in program management, pre and post assessments, monitoring and evaluation, setting up and managing new missions in various countries in Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe.

In addition, RCS has a recruitment wing developed through its excellent worldwide network enabling us to mobilize needed experts and key national staff in numerous countries, normally within short notices.

The recruitment wing assists our evaluation department by providing efficient and relevant supplementary experts when required.

Based in Nairobi we are able to maintain a good network of professionals and to carry out an intensive recruitment process both for ourselves and for requesting organizations.

We aim to remain a creative working force able to address the challenges of humanitarian actions through sound propositions and constructive recommendations.

2. WHAT WE SEEK

RCS is in the process of establishing a pool of consultants who will be available for short term consultancy contracts worldwide. We are therefore seeking applications from qualified and experienced individuals who would like to offer consultancy services in the following fields:

* Monitoring and evaluation
* Food security
* Livelihoods
* Water and Sanitation
* Governance
* Micro finance, Marketing and Private sector engagement
* Gender and HIV/AIDS
* Advocacy
* Environment
* Human Rights

3. QUALIFICATIONS

The following are the minimal qualifications for interested applicants:

* At least 2 years experience in the field of interest
* Degree in the field of interest or a related field
* Availability period – not more than 2 weeks upon notification
