Qualification Requirements

a) Academic: University level of education with an engineering degree qualified in any one of the following concentrations: mechanical, civil, process, production or equivalent qualifications.

b) Work Experience: The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of working experience gained in the process industry with some background of the Kaizen systems

3. Value Stream Assistant Manager – (28-35) Age Bracket

4. Sales Engineer – (25-35) Age Bracket

Other duties will include working on stone coated products, updating project tracking, fallowing up on timely payment collection; development of light-weight steel structures, gathering and analyzing market data and information.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and overall Management of the department which comprises of Marine Cargo & Goods in Transit (Inland), Marine Hull, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Special Risks and Reinsurance.
